Office and Invoice Administrator (Malta)

Livesport Media Ltd, the company behind the leading live score websites including,,, is looking for an Office and Invoice Administrator to expand our dynamic team based in Malta office at Balluta Bay, St Julian’s. The role primarily involves supporting our sales department with all administrative agenda and ensuring a smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in administration, invoicing or similar role; is a good team player with great organizational skills, excellent attention to details, full proficiency in English and is an excellent communicator.

  • Self-motivated and can-do attitude

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient running of the office and business operation
  • Preparing sale invoices and sending reminders to clients for overdue invoices
  • Processing incoming payments
  • Processing signed agreements including scanning, copying and filing
  • Checking and updating monthly statistics for affiliate accounts
  • Handling official documents
